Rain forces cancellation on day four

Rain forced the cancellation of play on Wednesday 12 January at the Moorilla Hobart International.

The following policy applies to all paid ticket holders who purchased tickets in advance through the Ticketek network or at the box office on the day of the event.

 

Option 1.

Exchange your tickets to another session of the current tournament.

To pick this option you can exchange your tickets at the box office on-site. Tickets for the effected session will be able to be exchanged at any time throughout the tournament if however exchanges will only be done if the customer keeps their event ticket.


Option 2.

Exchange your tickets for the same session in 2012. To pick this option please send all your tickets back to:

This must be received by 1 February 2011 at the latest.


Option 3.

Get a refund for your ticket. To pick this option please send all your tickets back to:

This must be received by 1 February 2011 at the latest.


– No refund or exchange for any tickets received after the cob 1st February 2011

– No refund or exchange unless purchased tickets are submitted

– No refund or exchange on complimentary tickets

– If upgrading to a session of higher value the difference in ticket cost must be paid by the customer
