The Hobart International will feature a range of initiatives to enhance fan experiences in 2018.
Renowned Tasmanian chef Waji Spiby will bring a reimagined hospitality offering to impress food lovers and tennis fans alike.
Waji, well-known for his use of local produce combined with authentic international flavours will provide service to all premium hospitality and corporate spaces, as well as player areas.
“We couldn’t be more pleased to welcome Waji and his team to the Hobart International in 2018,” said Hobart International tournament director Darren Sturgess.
“Waji is a master at incorporating renowned Tasmanian produce into his dishes and we look forward to having the opportunity to showcase these gourmet experiences at the tournament.
“We know Waji’s culinary expertise and commitment to local produce will add a new dimension for our corporate guests and players.”

Waji said he was excited about the new partnership.
“We are thrilled to partner with the Hobart International and offer a new taste for tennis fans at next year’s tournament,” Spiby said.
“I’m excited to serve up a range of fresh and local produce through my signature dishes and hope to give local, interstate and international guests a premium hospitality experience.
“Old favourites like my Cajun Calamari with a palm sugar dressing and my pork filleted on brioche toast will feature alongside a new Ashgrove Fried Chilli Cheese Curd.”

With a vast range of new corporate hospitality experiences, Hobart International 2018 is shaping up as the place to be in Tasmania this summer.
