How do I purchase accessible seating tickets?
Accessible seating tickets can be purchased via the General Public Ticketmaster webpage. Please select the number of wheelchairs, accessible, and/or companion card tickets you would like to purchase to view the ‘Best Available’ seating. For more information visit here.
If you need to talk to a Customer Service Representative, please call the accessibility line on 1300 446 925 (Monday – Sunday 9.00am – 5.00pm AEST/AEDT). Please note, this phone number is reserved for patrons with accessibility requirements and companion cardholders and cannot process any other ticketing requests.
What is the concession policy?
A concession ticket is valid for full-time students who are attending an Australian institution, Pensioners, Veteran Affairs & TPI, holders of valid Australian Health Care Cards & holders of Personal Treatment Entitlement Cards. There is no discount for seniors card holders. For additional information about valid concession details please see the Hobart International Child & Concession policy.
Will there be children’s tickets available to purchase?
Children’s tickets are available as General Admission, After 5 Ground Pass or a Reserved Seat (Super View, or Player View). If you are purchasing a Reserved Seat (Super View / Player View / Premium) tickets you will need to purchase the same ticket type for your child to attend.

Can I transfer or change my booking to another session if I change my mind?
Bookings cannot be changed to another session after purchase. Purchased tickets can be resold via the official Ticketmaster resale platform.
How do I resell my tickets using Ticketmaster resale?

What information do I need to know about reselling my Hobart International tickets on Ticketmaster?

Tickets can be resold up to 48 hours before the day of your session.

Tickets can be resold up to 10% value above the purchase price.

You must have an Australian bank account to resell your ticket to receive funds.

If you have opted to resell your ticket and it is not bought 48 hours before the day of your session, you will not receive a refund.
